Welcome 2015!

     I Love Beginnings! There is an energy and excitement that I feel at the start of each New Year!  The new ideas, plans and schedules begin!   Then Reality hits and you realize that sometimes Life interrupts and you fall off the balance beam you've been walking. Happily I get up and realize there's always a new beginning whether a new day month or Year! 
    With this Year comes a new look to Britalia Way. I love quotes and I love to interpret the meaning so I plan to have a Crowing thought for each day. I've labeled my thought as Dee's Response.
    An update on my Britalia Gardens with pictures will be added as well. We had a strong start with the addition of the walkways, but a very hot summer and then our Trip to Europe slowed us up a bit. I continue to develop my Gardening skills with the biggest drawback being afraid of Bugs!!! LOL!
    With all the delicious foods we had in England and Italy
on our vacation, I am excited to share recipes in the Taste section. In addition I am offering cooking classes in Florida. Email me www.BritaliaWay.com  for class dates and times. 
     I am so happy to be sharing my first blog experience and hope you enjoy it as much as I do.  My favorite part is sharing the beautiful moments with special people and I hope to create many for us to enjoy!
